What a great show that was. Out of all the concerts ive been to, 6/9 nyc2 was my favorite by far. I like seeing deftones in these smaller venues, and Saturday everything was perfect. The crowd was going crazy, but it had a good vibe. I puffed on a J then you guys open with drive and the place went apeshit. I remember Chino look to his right at Frank, i think, and made a "goddamn that rocked" face. Every song sound so good vocally, musically, and it was pretty damn loud. The Deftones live show right now is nothing short of amazing, and im driving 6 hours to see them again this summer in July.
Oh yeh i forgot i got one of Chino's blue picks. It says Chino right on the back its definitely the coolest thing i own now.
My favorite was the 6/9 NYC2 show. (I went to both shows) It was my first time at a Deftones concert and you guys were awesome. I wish I could have been in the middle front to touch Chino as he came close to the crowd to sing Bored. I love you Chino!!! (you look like my hubby)

I went to both NYC shows and they were both amazing...I've seen the deftones about 15 times now, and I'd have to say that sat. nights show was one of the best (close with the secret show at webster hall) but maybe it was the pot, and to best my knowledge until sat. I never got to see a weezer cover.
Anyway, for anyone who see's this (deftones, or people who work for them, or jsut fans) I urge you to get on the band to make a live dvd of this tour, if one isn't in the process...as I said this is one of the best shows I have seen. I know the band is all about the music, and not about the money, but I think all the fans would love to see a live dvd finally come out...the music in higher places acoustic was freaking great, but I want to see Raw deftones rocking out...pleaseeeee if anyone important see's this try and make it happen, or I urg all the fans to suggest it...lets make it happen!
I'm glad I went to this show, I liked the set better than friday's. It was cool to hear the weezer cover!! It was great... seen them 4 times and will keep going to their shows... unless they become emo. Saturday show was great!
